Tatiana Pykhtina brings many years of expertise in innovation, commercial and technical product development from startups to multinational corporations, behavioral psychology, lean management in services, workflow efficiency, qualitative and quantitative research for need-driven innovation and business growth. Her journey within team innovation started with her thesis on how lean fits in building services with high performance published in the book Produktions- und Logistikmanagement in 2007 and still remains the foundation behind her work.
